Just now, I saw one sentence "SAP is for great companies, not just great big companies". This is the AD words, but it is very meaningful. But I have my own opinion.
Yes, we know that SAP is the most popular software for running the company. And Roquette China is ongoing about SAP project. Also, we know that many Chinese comapnies are all running with SAP. This is the point, SAP is for great company. I think Roquette China is not ready for SAP project, the key is that this is not great company. Not only the structure of organization is bad, but also the culture of staff is inconsistent. So I can give the prediction: no better improvement after the SAP project.
We young people always get together to dinner. I always give my opinion that, if the company is not good, even the software God designed could not work. Actually, the human being is the best software God designed, but Roquette China never cherished this. It is really pity for Roquette China and the company like it.

Beautiful Sentences in Titanic
Titanic is really a good moive, it touched me deeply. Now I'd like to share some beautiful sentences with you.
"The woman in the picture is me." Her heart must be full of complex emotion and the firm will when Rose or Mrs Calvert said that out. Time passed, when we recollect the deep memory of time, pride, shame, excited, gloomy, tears and laughts will pour into our head. This kind of feeling made us want to express, express our idea about life.
"To make each day count." This is the famous words in the movie. Many people like this. The difference between the great people and commen people is that the great people make every second count and made them into great things, the common people made them nothing, someone said this.
"Your father left us nothing but a legacy of bad debts hidden by a good name. " This sentence shows that the situation of Rose's family is not very well. Meantime, her mother want to kidnap her and use her happiness to exchange or maintain the glory of her family. This is the normal thing and it always happenned in family.

Society culture is the most important factor, but we could not change this in one day, we need time to solve this. The equal between men and women can also release some responsibility from men.

How to find a way out about learning Enlish?
Two months passed, I did not write any articles here, that means I did not read any book during this period. That is really a shame!
When I was a colleage student, I found many ways of learning English. For example, listen to BBC or VOA, watch English movies, and go to the biggest English Corner in Zhengzhou city, and read many English books.
I can still remember that my first job interview are all in English, and I made a small success at last. That was really a surprise for me, I can still feel the exciting moment now. That glory should be my pride forever.
After my graduation, I entered a French company as a chemical operator in the workshop. More than two years, I could not find a way out to learn English, because my habbit of learning would be interruptted due to the shift work.
I transferred into logistic department last November. I did not need to work at night, and I can use English in my daily work. But nearly one year passed, I did not find any improvement of my English level. So I should try my best to learn English in my spare time.
Actually, I find that many people in our company are not very good at English. I got this conclude from the Chinglish in the E-mails.

Far From The Madding Crowd
I finished the book 's reading last week. This book was written by Thomas Hardy, one of the most famous writers in Engliand.
The theme is also about love. The love between Bathsheba and Boldwood is deep but was interruptted by Tory, a handsome solider, unfortunately. Mr. Boldwood is middle-age man, and never taste the favor of love, so his love is deep and fiercely. Also the deep and fierce love made the tragedy end. The love between Bathsheba and Tory is just like a game. It began with the meet ocasinally happened. And then is Tory's seduction, Bathsheba's crazy love. The next is the marriage. At last, we see that Tory's love for Bathsheba is just a passion, the true lover of him is another girl, Fanny.
When the madding love and passion love are over, the next author wants to express and glorify is the peaceful love between Bathsheba and Gabriel. They met on the hills, Gabriel paid the toll for Bathsheba, Bathsheba saved Gabriel one time, Gabriel visited and courted her, etc. And then things happened differently, Bathsheba got a big fortune from her uncle, and Gabriel became bankrupt. Later, Gabriel became the manager of Bathsheba's farm, then Bathsheba experienced the two people's love, at last she choosed Gabriel.
The story told us at last, their long, friendly relationship had given them a completely understangding of each other's charachter, and this finally developed into a love that nothing could destroy. This sentense makes me think of a student from Perking Universtiy. She said that the lovers relationship should begin with the friendship, and developed into love, at last end with family loving relationship. So incisive!

Thought of
It is the best novel I have ever been read. The first time I konw this is by the movie. I was deeply moved by the love between Heathcliff and Catherine. "Catherine", I still called her name after I run out of the theatre.
we can understand that the rure love is a similiar soul in both. That is the most important thing in love. I think nobody can deny this.
Yes, the love is so touched, but I doubt that the comunication between people in love seems a little rough, not exquisite. Maybe I do not read the original version but jsut simple version. I think if Heathcliff told Cathrine to wait for him coming back, and if Catherine would like wait for him four years, and the last may be changed. But this was just my imagination about the beautiful story, actually I can do nothing except for pity this.
For my love, I will try my best to erect the trust between us, and will try our best to communicate with each other well. Also, I'd like to love my lover with the way she'd like to accept and wanted. So that is the outlook of my love, do you agree with me?

Sense and Sensiblity
Elinor and Marianne are sisters with different character, but they are all eager to true love. This book described several men and girls, and the love story between them. It is really amusing to see that everybody in the book with sharp personality and different wisdom, choosed the different way of their life. And this give us more space to think and discuss love and life.
Talk about women, I think of the famous words "Women are flowers, they are different from each other. We can only admire them separately, but not compare with each other.". So what is your opinion?
Next, I will extract some words from the book.
If you have strong feelings, is it better to express them, eagerly and passionately, to the whole world? Is it wise? And if you always show the world a calm face and a quiet vioce , does this mean there is no passion, no fire in your heart?
When the Dashwood sisiters have to move to Devon with their widowed mother, they are sad to leave the family home, now owned by their wealthy half-brother. The girls are quite poor, but they still have several admirers. They are shy Edward Ferrars, the romantic and handsome Mr. Willoughby, and the sad silent Colonel Brandon.
But the course of true love does not run smoothly at first. Hopes of marriage disappear, guilty secrets come to light, hearts are broken. But which sisiter feels it more ? Calm and sensible Elinor, smiling bravely and saying not a word--or romantic Marianne, sobbing wildly and passionately all night long...

An Inspiration of Oral English
I realised something important, from my practice of oral English. I'd like to share this with other English learners.
First phase, listen firstly, then speak, build your muscles of mouth at the same time. This is a process of accumulation, also a process of practice. It may take you much time, so you have to stick to this.
Second phase, you begin to think and speak in English at the same time. If you can insist on doing this, you can express your meaning with the beautiful sentences in your own way some day. But, remember that this needs your more listening, more reading and more speaking. So this is the process of quality-changed, and you can not give up.
Third phase, this level is close to text English. It is formal, especially used in some lectures and debates etc. This is the process of being an English language expert.
There is no clear and precise bounds about the three phases, so you have to feel this with your whole heart and soul.
